Dear Reader,

A very Merry Christmas to you! I hope you are enjoying some fun and relaxation with friends and family today. Yesterday, my Frequency and Energy Hour focused on the concept of Heart Coherence. Moving into a state of coherence, through the cultivation of positive emotions, can help us to access the innate healing capabilities within us!

When I mentioned our ability to heal ourselves and then posted this video to YouTube, it got banned because of "medical misinformation". It seems that, according to YouTube, we do not have the ability to access a healing force within us! I sure do hope that Rumble supports this concept! Here is the link to the class:

With this class, we talked about a library to assist in moving into Heart Coherence. It is also recommended to get one of the HeartMath Sensors for their Inner Balance App if you want to see the physical changes that take place in Heart Coherence. You can get the Genius library completely for free during our Christmas Holiday. Here is the link for the free library! Heart Coherence Free Library. I hope you have a wonderful holiday!

Triskelion: Structure Water

The triskelion or triskele (also known as the triple-spiral or “Spiral of Life”) is an ancient symbol with a powerful connection to water. Triskelions represent balance. When made of certain metals, they set up a bioelectric and biomagnetic energy flow based on mathematics and sacred geometry. Place your Triskelion on your Remedy Plate to further charge it! Place the Triskelion under food and water to clear and structure it! So powerful you will want to have your Copper Triskelion wherever you go to assist you and change the energy wherever you are!

Just 15 minutes of Genius Frequencies each day changed lives!

Over the 8 weeks of our Genius Research Project, our participants experienced over 50% reduction in the severity of symptoms reported by them. It was incredible to see how people improved in so many categories during this time. The participants are doing something that any Genius user could do. They simply run the Genius for 15 minutes each day using this exact combination of Genius panels! Would you like to try this process and run it for yourself? You can! Check out our Daily Genius Process right here. Watch the report about our Research Project here.
